The construction of objects of the 1st and 2nd stages of the second turn of the Federal target program "TV and radio broadcasting development in the Russian Federation for 2009-2015" in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Volgograd Region, the Astrakhan and the Murmansk Regions is carried out. Thus, the modernization of infrastructure of state TV/radio networks with the DVB-T2 format comes to the European part of the Russian Federation.
